Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Location: Deer Valley (I-17 & Pinnacle Peak Rd)

Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 Depending on Experience.

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision and 401k)

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!)

Envita is seeking to add an extremely organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain associate to our growing Supply Chain department and company. Envita Medical Center focuses on IV infusions, performing approximately 50,000 IVs a year. Therefore, this position will be responsible for the procurement of medications, such as chemotherapy, antibiotics, and smart drugs. The ability to create relationships with various pharmacies to obtain these necessary medications is a must. Also, this position will be responsible for sourcing tubes, filters, IV bags, and syringes for daily use. This position will work alongside medical professionals in two different entities and in two different locations.

Our ideal candidate will have superb customer service and organizational skills as they will be representing Envita when communicating and working with outside medical facilities. The ability to build and maintain a relationship over the phone and through the web is essential. The ability to be calm, professional, proactive, and flexible in all scenarios is a must.

Job Activities and Responsibilities:

•             Responsible for monitoring and forecasting medications, medical equipment, and supplies

•             Responsible for the procurement of medications, medical equipment, and supplies

•             Demand planning for pharmacy medication

•             Analyze data to determine trends and waste

•             Develop relationships built on clear communication and expectations with various department                         heads

•             Maintain and follow current processes and develop new processes for efficiency

•             Responsible for inventory system maintenance

Qualifications:

•             Completion of a 4-year degree from a college or university

•             Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or Logistics required

•             Must be proficient in Excel

•             Must understand Vendor Managed Relationships

•             Must have superb communication skills High-level customer service is a must

•             Experience in a medical setting would be beneficial

•             Must take ownership of the position, have a great work ethic, and want to excel at the position
