Job Title: Patient Care Sales Consultant
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Located at East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: $50,000 base + commission (OTE $75K–$90K)
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: On-site Monday - Friday. 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Position Overview

We are seeking a Patient Care Sales Consultant to join our Scottsdale corporate office. This position is designed for a motivated professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about helping patients navigate important healthcare decisions. As the first point of contact for prospective patients, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through the consultation process and helping them take the next step toward treatment at Envita.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective patients via phone, email, text, or video.

  • Provide clear, compassionate, and informative communication about Envita’s treatment programs.

  • Manage and update CRM records while maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective patients.

  • Encourage and assist prospective patients in booking discovery calls and in-person consultations.

  • Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators, Clinical Teams, and Marketing to ensure a seamless patient experience.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals related to consultations and treatment program enrollments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or inside sales (healthcare or patient-facing industry experience strongly preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen empathetically and communicate confidently.

  • Proven ability to manage a lead pipeline, close consults, and meet performance goals.

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume outreach environment with CRM systems.

  • Professional demeanor with a passion for helping patients explore advanced medical care.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
