Job Title: Patient Care Sales Consultant - Healthcare Inside Sales

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Located at East Bell Road and the 101)

Compensation: $50,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $75K–$90K)

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule: On-site Monday - Friday. 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Every patient journey begins with you. As a Patient Care Sales Consultant, you will be the trusted first voice guiding patients through one of the most important decisions of their lives: where to seek advanced cancer care. 

This is not just sales, it's about helping patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the next step toward life-changing treatment.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients via phone, email, text, or video. 

  • Listen with empathy and communicate with clarity about Envita’s unique approach to treatment. 

  • Build trust and guide patients toward booking consultations and exploring next steps. 

  • Manage a pipeline of inquiries through our CRM and maintain consistent follow-up. 

  • Collaborate closely with Patient Care Coordinators, Clinical Teams, and Marketing to ensure a seamless patient experience. 

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals related to consultations and treatment enrollments. 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience (healthcare or patient-facing industries preferred). 

  • A natural listener with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Proven track record in managing a pipeline, closing consults, and achieving goals. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compassion. 

  • Professional, polished, and passionate about helping patients explore advanced care. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
